Cum rarum aut dubium qui me sine vivere constat.
Nec ego privatim constare bono sine possum,
Certum namque bonum si dempserit omne, peribo.
Iam, mihi nulla boni innata est substantia veri.
Translation:
It is remarkable that I am called by a name unpleasant to all,
