Nondum natus eram, nec eram iam matris in alvo;
Iam posito partu natum me nemo videbat.
Translation:
I will tell you the wondrous beginning of our life:
I was not yet born, nor was I then in my mother’s womb;
And then, after I was born, no one saw me.
